These were a birthday present for my son. The cufflinks arrived very promptly, were exactly as described, beautifully engraved with his initials in your "Script" font and presented in an elegant box. Would very much recommend.

Overall was pleased with the product although it was received in a terrible knot and I had to spend ages putting it right. The box and how the item was placed in it could have been more price appropriate. The speed of delivery was very good.

Ordered on the Thursday it was cked and dispatched within a couple of hours and come on Friday before 10!!! It come it a lovely jewellery box the charm it's self was well made and exactly what I wanted for a wedding present for my future wife next week to make the day couldn't ask for more I think the price for what it is was a reasonable value especially with he gold prices as of late.... 9ct gold pendant st Christopher - really nice pendant - chain very delicate but goes well with the pendant. St Christopher engraving a little rough around the edges but all in all a nice product.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star, shocking product. The chain is so thin it can't possibly be worn. This is a Xmas gift and i will now have to buy something else as it isn't fit for purpose.

Very quick turn-around of the order, and helpful and prompt response by Customer Services to a problem over the engraving of the glassware. The Royal Mail next-day delivery was on time, but the presentation box for one of the glasses was very badly damaged - fortunately it was 1 glass in a box intended for 2, and this saved the glass itself from any damage. The quality of the wine glasses, and the engraving, was excellent.

Pretty delicate chain
We are very happy with the links and engraving. It was a good idea to ask for a preview of the engraving. It gave us confidence as to what to expect. The prompt service was very good. The only thing that caused us alarm was the initial dull marked look on the front faces. It took us a little while to realize the protective layer was still there. We think it would have been better if these layers were already removed along with any stickiness.
We're so pleased you're happy with not only the cufflinks but also the personalised engraving. With regards to the plastic layering, this is placed on items after engraving to protect it from being scratched during transit so unfortunately it is not something we can remove before dispatch. However, I have passed this feedback on to the relevant team to include a note in the product specification of engraved items so that customers know to expect the layering!
